A TV plan always costs Rp55,000 more than the internet plan of the same speed. All prices exclude 11% VAT.

Installation is Rp0 on every plan. The WiFi modem and the Android box (TV plans) are on loan for as long as you subscribe.
What Speed Is Right for Your Home?
The simplest rule is to count the devices in use at the same time during your busiest hour, usually the evening, rather than every device in the house.
One 4K stream uses about 25 Mbps, an HD video call 3 to 4 Mbps, and online games need very little bandwidth but a steady connection. If someone regularly uploads video or large files, go one tier above your estimate.
In multi-storey homes, high speed is only noticeable when the WiFi signal reaches every floor. Ask our technician about modem placement or an extra access point during installation.

Getting the Most Out of Your Speed
Put the modem in the middle
Avoid placing the modem inside a cabinet or behind the TV. A raised spot near the center of the house gives the most even coverage.
Use the 5 GHz network
5 GHz is much faster for devices close to the modem; 2.4 GHz works better for distant rooms. Our article about WiFi (in Indonesian) explains the difference.

Questions About Home Internet
Is the full home internet speed guaranteed?
The plan speed is the maximum speed. Home internet uses shared capacity, so it may dip slightly at peak hours. If you need guaranteed speed, consider dedicated internet.
Can I change plans after subscribing?
Yes. Contact customer care to upgrade or downgrade; our team will tell you when the change takes effect.
Do I need a Smart TV for the Internet + TV plan?
No. Any TV with an HDMI port will do. The Android TV box we lend you turns it into a Smart TV.
What if my home is not covered yet?
Send us your full address on WhatsApp. We log area requests to plan network expansion, and we will contact you once the network reaches your location.
